The MOOSE and his partner STENO are some of our more "colorful" DFW team players. These company mascots represent the level of commitment we bring to our employees, to encourage them to be their best and reach their maximum potential.
MOOSOLOGY is what David Feldman has come to call his overall philosophy of how to achieve overall success in life.
The "MOOSE" in "MOOSOLOGY" refers to the comical floppy-antlered, stuffed animal-like moose's head that our esteemed founder and President once had "mounted" on the wall in one of his prior offices. This was a very old-school "stuffy" office, with high ceilings, lots of pre-war wood moldings, and its own conference room. The purpose of the "goofy" MOOSE mounted on the wall behind his large desk was to counter the intimidating
environment that many felt when entering that office. The MOOSE created a sense of balance in the office, and balance is one of the primary tenets of MOOSOLOGY.
Our company mission statement reads:
"The essence of David Feldman Worldwide is to create an environment of personal growth, integrity and fun for our employees in order to serve our clients in a remarkable way."
In the spirit of the above, our corporate headquarters has a room called the "Zen Room." It is painted in warm colors, has a waterfall and a massage chair, and is stocked with books and tapes on personal achievement and motivation. We encourage our employees to visit the room from time to time to read, decompress, or simply take a break from the grind of the day. David Feldman himself also sends out a daily inspirational quote companywide, which has proven to be popular
amongst our employees.
