We take on-time performance VERY seriously and we go to great lengths to ensure on-time reporters and on-time transcripts.  While we do not claim to be perfect, we are CONSTANTLY REVIEWING OUR PROCESSES to ensure our reporters and transcripts arrive on-time.  We measure our on-time performance carefully and keep detailed records of our results.  We then communicate our findings along with a fix throughout our organization anytime we find an opportunity for improvement.

We do this so we can make this guarantee:

If your court reporter does not show up on-time ready to go when you are ready to go, we will discount your regular delivery page rate by 10% for the day.

If your transcript is not provided to you on-time per your signed order with us, we will discount your regular delivery page rate by 10% for the day.
