Do you know what to do with all the electronic emails, word processing files, spreadsheets, presentations and many other file types that you need to review?
Supply us with a .pst or .nsf file(s) up to 300 MB's. We will provide de-duplication and keyword searches to narrow down your collection. The responsive set will be delivered in any load file format requested, or we can create a custom load file according to your specifications.
Are you using costly document reviewers to sort through your mountains of paper?
Give us up to 2 bankers' boxes of grade A paper documents, and we will scan, OCR and/or blowback a copy set of those documents. We will include on CD an output load file in any format requested, or we can create a custom load file according to your specifications.
Have you ever seen opposing counsel using realtime (LiveNote) on their laptops, and wanted to try it?
We will provide a complimentary morning or afternoon session of up to 4 hours of realtime either locally on a laptop or remotely to your office or client via Internet streaming.
Have you ever found yourself looking for exhibits in the boxes of files in your office?
For your next deposition that includes exhibits, we will provide you with digital hyper-linking of the exhibits to your transcript. Each reference to the exhibits within your transcript will be able to be opened digitally in a .pdf format with one simple click of the mouse. You will never have to waste time searching for another exhibit again.
Are your depositions having the impact they could if your case actually goes to trial?
We will provide you with, free of charge, the first two (2) hours of video for a deposition that lasts a minimum of four (4) hours. We will also include the first two (2) hours of video on CD or DVD in an .mpeg format, which will easily open for viewing on your computer.
Do you have the ability to view, search and create clips of your video depositions using key word searches?
If the transcript of your video deposition is prepared by one of our court reporters, we can synchronize the first two (2) hours of video on CD or DVD with the transcript. The synchronized transcript can be viewed with our self-enclosed viewer, requiring no installations or additional software, which allows you to view, search and create video clips on your own. If you prefer, we can create the load file to import into any of the transcript management software applications
on the market.
